Is brad-twinkl repository legit or a scam ?

This repo https://huggingface.co/brad-twinkl/controlnet-union-sdxl-1.0-promax seems to use the exact same presentation and I couldn't find a link between xinsir and brad-twinkl. Is this a scam or is it safe ?
