The WasanX team advances Thai-language AI models with specialized focus on machine translation evaluation and visual language understanding. Combining human expertise with modern LLM approaches, we create quality datasets and models for Thai language, particularly through our COMETH system, which outperforms leading LLMs in alignment with human judgments for Thai-English translation assessment.

Our research spans multiple domains including fine-tuned Qwen2.5-VL-Instruct models for Thai receipt OCR, human-annotated translation datasets using Multidimensional Quality Metrics, and synthetic Thai e-receipts for OCR training. With expertise in machine translation quality assessment, document understanding, and multilingual AI systems, we're committed to developing robust visual language models for Thai.
