Other models have normal output.
Only distill models display a black image.
Have you gone through all the README instructions? This model requires development versions of the nunchaku package and nodes.
sure.. I installed it in the way you suggested.
It was installed normally and is well used as a basic dev model.
During the ComfyUI startup, you should see something like this if you have things install properly. As of today, these are the latest stable versions.

The screenshot was just taken. One thing you can try is changing bfloat16 to float16. Some older cards don't support bf16 and maybe this is the issue?
Dunno what was the issue, but I didn't change anything and it works now. Well kind of, because I used same prompt as you and this is what I get xD
And it is back to normal now. That was some weird few images.
