Hey Swagat,
First of all, thanks for your remarkable contribution to the Gujarati.
I wanted to inform you that you didn't add label mappings. They are like LABEL0, LABEL1, .....
Please check your config.json
It is of no use until label mappings.
Ya you can use label encoder.pkl file to run the inference
Also have updated inference code in model card this can help you, please let me know if you face any issue
