Add GLM 4.5 preset with and without thinking

It is but I do not like and do not use GLM 4.5 :-P So, I'm terribly sorry but I will not make that preset. There're not many good GLM 4.5 presets but I've seen some new appearing on SillyTavern Reddit - so - maybe try there?
