Hi Reed, Reid here. I love your audiomaster.ai tool but notice it has been down for a couple of days. Will it be coming back or is there another way to access the application?

Hello @RelatableRhythms ! Sorry for the delayβ€”it should be back up and running now.

I'm currently working on a notification system to alert me immediately when issues occur. Right now, I have to check manually, and I was tied up with work over the weekend, so I didn't notice until now. Thanks for your patience!

Thank you Reed, I really appreciate your remaster tool, it's great.

Hi Reed, first thank you for the great tool, the quality is awesome!
I have issues to master a wav file, its 5:20 but the progressing result get cut off at 4:00 or 5:00 (if the GPU server is running). I mastered even longer files fine before. I though first this was an issue with the file, but its perfectly fine. Thank you for looking into this issue.

Hello! So sorry about the delay in response. I'll check the code on the servers now. I know some of the non-main servers have a length cutoff because if they run for longer than 60 seconds, the process gets terminated (for example, the Zero instance) .

What might be happening is that the main server was offline at the time, and the backup GPU server hadn't kicked in yet, so it was redirecting your request to the Zero server.

Regardless, I'll double-check the code on all of them to make sure none of them have an unnecessary time cut off. Just be aware:

  1. The CPU backup server is cut off at 3-minutes, since it's very slow and any longer than that will make the request time out.

  2. The zero instance has a cut off of 5 minutes.

With that said, if it says "Render Successful!" With no other message, you should not have an issue with the audio cutting off, and I'll confirm that.

Please note: At the moment though, the main server is giving me some connectivity issues right now, so I'll be fixing that tonight.

@LaVADraGoN Main server is working again so you should be good!

So seems longer samples are fine then. (i have tried up to 7 min) Im looking forward to master my music.
I understand running the server is not a easy fee. if you only get "chopped" samples as output, is just wasting cpu, as you need to retry later again. Over Last days a have only a few "Render Successful!" (almost a gramble). Thank you for looking into it.

@LaVADraGoN The vast majority of renders we get are under 5 minutes, with the average being 3 minutes. The CPU is meant to be an absolute failsafe to provide you with a preview with a length up to 3 minutes instead of just dropping "error" on the screen.

Yes, the last few days have unfortunately had several issues since there was a Gradio update that messed up the connections between our servers. In addition to that, our main server is continuously running out of disk space and I am working on cleaning up the system so this does not continue happening.

With all of that said, I have patched all of the servers to the latest Gradio version as of this morning, so that issue is resolved. I am currently working on cleaning up the main server's virtual drive and then taking it offline for maintenance as WSL optimizes the disk file. (Don't worry, a backup GPU server will be online so you will not notice any interruption.)

I appreciate your patience. Please note that all of these services at the moment are provided for free and I spend $100s per month out of my pocket to keep this service running.

For full transparency, I am working on introducing a free and paid tier sometime in the future (if I can get it programmed properly) so that I can use the paid subscriptions to fund more stable service, maintenance, and I can justify dedicating more time towards maintaining the project and adding new features. (Not to worry, the free tier will still have plenty of renders allowed, and the paid version would be extremely cheap.)

Thanks for your understanding and I'll update you later today.

UPDATE: Main server all set!
