Apply for community grant: Personal project (gpu)

Dear Huggingface Team,

I'm a PhD student at Bielefeld University in Germany.
As a side project, I created an open-source program called AutoForge, which converts an input image into a layered image model suitable for 3D printing. You can see more of the project here: https://github.com/hvoss-techfak/AutoForge

As an example, here you can see a comparison between the original image and a colored, fully 3D printable, output image:

The current space is set up to allow the management of 3D filament and the execution of the Autoforge algorithm, with downloadable output. As this is an optimization problem, a GPU is required. Without a GPU a one-minute execution takes about 30-50 minutes of execution time, making the process infeasible.

Therefore, I would like to apply for a GPU community grant to allow other people to try out the program for themselves.

Thank you very much for your consideration,
Hendric Voß

Hi @hvoss-techfak , we've assigned ZeroGPU to this Space. Please check the compatibility and usage sections of this page so your Space can run on ZeroGPU.

Thank you very much!
