[Bug report] Skipped first word on higher speeds

On some occassions, the first word is skipped when speed is bigger than one.

For example:
The voices are pre-bundled with the package in "/voices", but can still be loaded manually from a different path if needed.

Produces:

Personally, I've appreciated its choice on what to skip and what not, so no complaints from my end.
But posting this here in case the creator is interested in this behaviour and wants to fix/take advantage of it in future versions.

I've noticed this effect on this as well, turns out that it's a linux thing. Try saving to a wav file, and playing it with play. Sometimes, (although not always) the first part is skipped. I've no idea why though.

I can confirm that the issue I'm describing is not specific to linux. It is reproducable 100% of the time on Windows, MacOS, and Linux with the example phrase I posted, and many more phrases.
Just gotta have the "speed" parameter to something higher than 1, and you'll surely run into it, even if you don't use the example phrase. In the example, speed is 1.3.
