If I could register in open.ai then I would use ChatGPT on its official page, not here. But many people do not have the opportunity to register, and therefore your program does not make any sense. Your program asks for a key, but how do I get it? And if I have a key, then why do I need your program? Your program contradicts logic.

There are many ways to get a valid OpenAI account, for example, you can easily buy an account from some online shops. I have many accounts, but I can't even login to OpenAi webpage to get a token because of the area restrictions. This app is originally developed to directly login to ChatGPT using Account and Password for myself, and I just share this demo with those who have got accounts from somewhere but are not able to access the OpenAi's chatgpt webpage. The account logged into this demo is not a plus account, so it's inevitable that there are a lot of invalid responses from openAI when many people use this demo. I will refresh the login status of this demo every day, but I can't provide anyone with a stable chatbot based on chatgpt.

When I login with my account, it can work. There might be something wrong with your openAI account.
