How does the thatbot stay on-topic, focused on the content?

Hi Jisu, nice chatbot, I'm trying to make something similar!

How did you get it to stay on topic? I noticed that it will politely decline to talk about other topics. I asked it a question about Napoleon I think, and got a "no", basically.

I couldn't find any mention of a feature like that, just various techniques, I'm wondering how you did it?
