At Knowledge 2025 conference on July 08th, 2021, ServiceNow opened the curtain on its latest platform - a unified AI solution that is designed to help businesses right across the company. Implemented correctly, it becomes a single, coherent way to get all the different AI tools and intelligent agents working together, unifying diverse ecosystems, processes, and daily operations.

The new AI platform comes as part of a wider move by ServiceNow to get into the AI space. To date, the company has been seen as a tech titan that specializes in software that simplifies IT operations and business processes.

The new platform represents a fresh start for ServiceNow. It goes beyond just redesigning the externals; new features at the heart of the platform create a much more integrated, consistent, and cohesive approach to the company's AI applications.
