Medical LLama-3-70B models

I noticed you recently created a quant for OpenBioLLM-Llama3-8B.
There now are two 70B models for medical use:

Quants would be appreciated, if you feel like adding them to the queue.
No problem - they already were in the queue (but I am good at overlooking models, so it's always good to bring them to my attention :), and now they are at high priority, and will also have imatrix quants generated. If nothing goes wrong, it will probably take a day or two.
