This PR updates the tags on the README.md so that the pipeline is set to Text Generation and the library to Transformers, to help on visibility and usage.

P.S. It would be great if you could provide the license for this model too, thanks in advance! I checked that for https://github.com/mims-harvard/TxAgent/blob/main/LICENSE is MIT, but not sure about the artifacts.
