Hello,

I am currently enrolled in a LLM Engineering course from Ed Donner (Udemy) that involves working with the Llama models. Recently, I applied for access to the Llama models via Hugging Face, but my request was unfortunately rejected.

I would like to kindly ask if you could provide me with more information regarding the reason for the rejection and the steps to follow.

I am based in Germany, which is not a sanctioned jurisdiction.
