I 'am an LLM engineer from Egypt that is currently working as an AI instructor I got access before to the llama2 models but strangely my request to access the Llama3.1 family models have been denied. Can I someone from meta explain to me why I got rejected and how do I resolve this. Knowing that i 'am only using it for educational purposes not commercial or anything sinister.
