Hello. I requested permission to download the file, but it was denied. I am not Chinese, and I am a student living in Korea. I came here because I was interested in NeuroSync, and I would like to test this model with Local LLM. I would really appreciate it if you could grant me access to download.

They apparently don't care about independent AI researchers. Open AI is not Open at all.
