The description says "The name of this model is "llama-3-bagel-8b-v1.0" and it was built with llama-3 from Meta." but the page and actual model name is "jondurbin/bagel-8b-v1.0", which is against llama 3's license "If you
use the Llama Materials to create, train, fine tune, or otherwise improve an AI model, which is
distributed or made available, you shall also include “Llama 3” at the beginning of any such AI model

I think you are confusing model name and model ID/slug. I have named the model appropriately for the license, as shown in the readme and in your comment.
