Remove 3 timestep restriction

Currently, the inference works only if 3 files are provided, for 3 different timesteps.
I've removed this, allowing for, in principle, any number of files.
It should be highlighted that the assumption that these files belong to the same geographical area, and are chronologically ordered, still holds!
