 This product is licensed under the 'Safety Law,' ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards to protect users and safeguard responsible use in all environments.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION

1. Definitions "License" refers to the terms and conditions of use, reproduction, and distribution as outlined in this document.

"Licensor" means Future Technologies Limited, the copyright owner or authorized entity granting the License.

"You" or "Your" means the individual or Legal Entity using or distributing the Floral HDR Model.

"Floral HDR Model" refers to the proprietary software, algorithms, and associated intellectual property, including the image generation model, code, datasets, documentation, and related materials created by Future Technologies Limited.

"Source Form" refers to the original, human-readable form of the model and associated code or documentation.

"Object Form" refers to the compiled or executable version of the model, ready for use or distribution.

"Derivative Works" refer to any modified or derived versions of the Floral HDR Model, including modifications to the model, training data, source code, or other works that incorporate elements of the Floral HDR Model.

"Work" refers to the original Floral HDR Model or any Derivative Works of the model.

"Contribution" means any code, data, modification, or additions submitted to the Licensor for inclusion in the Work by contributors.

"Contributor" refers to Future Technologies Limited and any individual or entity that submits a Contribution to the Floral HDR Model.

2. Grant of Copyright License Subject to the terms of this License, Future Technologies Limited grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the Floral HDR Model and its Derivative Works for the following purposes:

Research Educational purposes Commercial Use All other uses, including but not limited to illegal, immoral, or unauthorized commercial exploitation, are strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Future Technologies Limited.

1. Grant of Patent License Each Contributor grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to use, distribute, and create Derivative Works of the Floral HDR Model, provided that:

The patent license applies only to those patent claims that are necessarily infringed by your use of the Work or its Derivative Works. If you initiate patent litigation alleging that the Floral HDR Model or any of its Derivative Works infringe your patent rights, your license under this License will automatically terminate.

4. Redistribution You may distribute copies of the Floral HDR Model and its Derivative Works in Source or Object form, provided that:

You must provide a copy of this License to all recipients. You must clearly indicate any changes you make to the Floral HDR Model by marking modified files or distributing a separate change log. You must retain all copyright, patent, trademark, and attribution notices from the original Floral HDR Model. Commercial Use: You are permitted to use the Floral HDR Model for commercial purposes, such as selling the generated images or incorporating them into products or services with the separate commercial license from Future Technologies Limited.
Reproduction and Distribution Restrictions: Reproducing, distributing, or creating Derivative Works of the Floral HDR Model in any form without express written permission from Future Technologies Limited is prohibited.
6. Submission of Contributions Any contributions you make to the Floral HDR Model, including bug fixes, feature enhancements, or data contributions, will be governed by the terms of this License. By submitting contributions, you grant Future Technologies Limited the right to include them in the Floral HDR Model under the terms of this License.
7. Trademarks This License does not grant you permission to use the trade names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of Future Technologies Limited, except as reasonably necessary to describe the origin of the Floral HDR Model or reproduce the NOTICE file as required by this License.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty The Floral HDR Model is provided "AS IS", without any warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You assume all risks associated with the use of the Floral HDR Model. Future Technologies Limited is not responsible for any harm, damage, or loss caused by your use or distribution of the model.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Future Technologies Limited or any contributor be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, data loss, or other incidental or consequential damages) arising from the use of the Floral HDR Model, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Commercial Use and Support If you wish to use the Floral HDR Model in a commercial setting or require commercial support, you must contact Future Technologies Limited directly for a commercial license. This license does not cover commercial use beyond the permitted scope for research or educational purposes.
11. Termination This License may be terminated if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must stop using, distributing, or creating Derivative Works based on the Floral HDR Model and destroy all copies in your possession.
12. Acceptance of Terms By using, distributing, or creating Derivative Works of the Floral HDR Model, you accept and agree to the terms of this License. If you do not agree to the terms of this License, you may not use or distribute the Floral HDR Model or its Derivative Works.
