How to make a .mp3 file?

Fish-speech is a very good model,it could help me to do some intersting app.
But sometime I need TTS *.mp3 files to ues in another python system.
I don't know how to do that job,
could you tell me more?
It will work as I give a texture to a function,and it return a .mp3 file to my localfile system.
