Hello Meta SAM3 Team,
My access request for facebook/sam3 was rejected, but no rejection reason was shown and I did not receive an explanation by email.
I am a student working on a personal learning project involving small industrial component detection and segmentation. I plan to evaluate SAM3 locally on an RTX 5090 to assist annotation preparation for a YOLO model. This is a non-commercial learning project.

Could you please manually review my application, explain which information needs correction, or reset the rejected request so I can submit accurate information again? I will follow the applicable model license and usage terms.
