Missing model card / license for TableFormerV2

Hi team — TableFormerV2 currently has no model card and no license field set, unlike your other Docling models (docling-models, docling-layout-heron, SmolDocling, granite-docling, etc.), which specify Apache 2.0 or CDLA-Permissive-2.0.
We’d like to use TableFormerV2 but need clear usage terms for internal compliance review. Could you add a license field to the model card (matching your other repos, if that’s accurate) so we can confirm terms of use? Happy to submit a PR with the metadata if that’s helpful.
