la_g17_all_tags
la_g17_all_tags is a SpaCy NER model trained to recognize entities used in the Graceful17 project for modeling papal provisions for benefices.
Training
The model was trained using archival sources from the Roman Dataria Apostolica. The research data on which the model is based can be found here (coming soon).
The labels represent relevant information, such as references to institutions (e.g., dioceses), specific locations, individual persons in various roles, categorical classifications, dates, and more.
