Seeking Coqui XTTS-v2 Commercial License Info

I’m working on a project using the Urdu fine-tuned XTTS-v2 model for commercial purposes. The CPML requires a separate license for commercial use. A 2023 Coqui post mentioned $365/year for companies with under $1M revenue/funding, but Coqui shut down in January 2024. Can anyone confirm:

Current cost and process for a commercial license?
Who manages licensing now?
Does the license include fine-tuned models (e.g., Urdu)?
Any updates on switching to a permissive license (e.g., Apache 2.0/MIT)?

Any insights or resources would help. Thanks!

If they went bankrupt, plan for an eventual charge, but if they dissolved and had no debt, I imagine it isn't going to make any difference. Send the payment in the mail with signature acceptance and a return receipt. If they cash the money order, you're licensed; if not, you have proof you tried to pay it and held on to it just to be safe. Or ask an attorney for your state or location. I went with MIT for just that reason alone. Sorry, my friend.
