Trying to setup and test this. I dont think all the models are uploaded as i just find two files at 90mb each.

We forgot to include instructions for downloading the “black-forest-labs” model in the setup guide. This is likely why you are only seeing two files.
Please refer to the expected file tree for the pre-trained models:
