Error while deserializing header: MetadataIncompleteBuffer when from_pretrained

I ran into the MetadataIncompleteBuffer error when load model files:

AutoModelForImageTextToText.from_pretrained(model_name)

Exceptions as belolw:
UI-TARS.venv\lib\site-packages\transformers\modeling_utils.py", line 525, in load_state_dict
with safe_open(checkpoint_file, framework="pt") as f:
safetensors_rust.SafetensorError: Error while deserializing header: MetadataIncompleteBuffer
