How can I run this model?

I want to build a server api, when calling the api, the server will call this model to start creating an image from the data I pass in, after creating the image, return the result back to the api, I need help, thanks very much.
I believe it's only possible with a UI (auto1111, ComfyUI, SwarmUI, etc)
I could be wrong tho
