I tried int8 and bf16, removing optimizations, different images, guidance scales and inference steps.
I only generate <8 frames, otherwise it gets hours to generate, could it be the issue?
I get this tiled nonsense all the time regardless of the changes above.
(and this is the first frame)
Why is it so slow? What GPU device are you using?
It's laptop GPU 4060 8GB. It's deliberately slow because of system memory fallback.
I was rather concerned about the output quality.
