It's generally hard to get Stable Diffusion to make "a thin waist". The waist size of a character is often tied to things like leg width, breast size, character height, etc. |

This embedding is meant to fix that, to the extreme if you wish. |

Some models really don't want rail-thin waists. However, this should shrink the waist on characters for all models. |
|
|
|
|
|
If you see a line up the center of the belly, use a "from" clause such as [microwaist::10] which, with 20 steps, removes the embedding before final details are added, but after it has created the initial waist shape |
