Information regarding license

Hello and thank you very much for publishing this amazing model!
I am considering using it for a commercial product, and am wondering which parts here cannot be used due to the cc-by-nc-4.0 license. Any advice would be appreciated!
Questions are as follows:
- is the code covered by the license (i.e. this cannot be used at all commnercially), or
- does the license come from the used dataset? (i.e. it can be used commercially as long as the model is retrained from scratch using different data). If so:
- which components are okay by the license, and which ones would have to be retrained from scratch? The relevant components as far as I see are
a) the Japanese PL-BERT
b) the F0 pitch extractor
c) the text & prompt encoder (Kotodama Sampler & Prompter) (probably not necessary for us)
d) the main model (Top_ckpt_24khz.pth)
e) the text aligner ASR model
Good day to you too, I'm glad you liked it!
The code in this repository and the main model’s checkpoint are under a non-commercial license. Small startups are permitted to use them commercially if they agree to share a 10% Royalty fee on the gross revenue from the section of the business that this model was used, once the project becomes profitable.
But the remaining components (PL-Bert, F0, Text-aligner) can be used without restrictions.
Thanks a lot for the clarification! Much appreciated!
