Add pipeline tag and library name
This PR ensures the model can be found at https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=image-to-image, and also adds the correct library_name.

I'm really happy that our work is being integrated into Hugging Face! However, I'm not very familiar with resolving conflicts on the web interface. I’m not sure where to handle it since the PR can’t be merged directly. Could you guide me through it?
