Improve language tag
Hi! As the model is multilingual, this is a PR to add other languages than English to the language tag to improve the referencing. Note that 29 languages are announced in the README, but only 13 are explicitly listed. I was therefore only able to add these 13 languages.

Thank you very much for your contribution and for taking the time to improve the project.
While it's true that the base model we inherit (Qwen) is multilingual, RigoChat-v2 has been specifically fine-tuned to perform better in Spanish.
For this reason, we decided to highlight only Spanish in the language tags.

Ah indeed, my loop referencing all the Qwen-2.5 models to be tagged didn't take into account the case of finetuning on other specific language than the ones in the original model
