Add original HF sources for H3-compatible Qwen conditioning, tokenizer/processor, native video/audio VAE, and the verified official GitHub TAE weight source. Clarify DCP conversion. Preserve MiniMax-H3-only acknowledgements and refresh the README checksum; no weight changes.

Superseded by PR #3, which includes the complete runtime checkpoints and removes the external-dependency chapter. No native video VAE checkpoint is required by the updated runtime.
