Qwen3-Zero-Coder-Reasoning-V2-0.8B

This model is a mix of Qwen 0.6B and another coder fine tune.
It is generally more stable, gives better code, and more consistent code - a major issue with Qwen 0.6B.

I will give it a test and hopefully provide a very simple report on whether it is better or not compared to the default Qwen3 0.6b
