How to convert qwen to llamafield?

I want a llamafield qwen-14B model, but I don't know how to convert it.
It is not directly converted, and it is impossible to have an equivalent LLaMAfied Qwen. It is initialized from Qwen's weight and recalibred consulting LLaMA2, to make a compatible model.
