+1. Definitions
+
+"License" refers to this license agreement.
+
+"Ryoko AI Team" refers to the natural and legal persons operating under the
+"Ryoko AI Production Committee" and "Ryoko AI" names.
+
+"You" and all second-person pronouns refer to the natural or legal person
+accepting this License.
+
+"Dataset" refers to any machine-readable collection of data that you received
+alongside this License.
+
+"Data Copyright Holders" refers to the copyright holders of the material within
+this Dataset and also includes anyone who holds other relevant rights with
+regard to the material in this Dataset.
+
+"Software" refers to any source code, object code, documentation, and other
+data you received alongside this License, excluding that which is explicitly
+said to be part of this Dataset.
+
+"Apache License 2.0" refers to the Apache License, version 2.0 as published by
+the Apache Software Foundation.
+
+"CC0" refers to the CC0 license as published by Creative Commons.

+This Software is licensed under the Apache License 2.0, except that wherever

+3. Dataset License Grant
+
+If the Ryoko AI Team holds copyright on any subset of material within this
+Dataset, then that subset is released under CC0, and section 4 (Dataset Usage
+Restrictions) do not apply to that subset.
+
+The remainder of this Dataset is used and distributed in accordance with
+Articles 30-4 and 47-7 of the Copyright Law of Japan and/or other applicable
+laws, and use is subject to section 4 (Dataset Usage Restrictions) below.
+
+4. Dataset Usage Restrictions
+
+This Dataset may not be used or redistributed except in accordance with:
+
+(a) Article 30-4 of the Copyright Law of Japan, which permits use of this
+    Dataset for data analysis and other purposes which do not involve personal
+    enjoyment or consumption of the material within this Dataset, provided such
+    use does not unreasonably prejudice the interests of the copyright holders;
+(b) Any other relevant articles of the Copyright Law of Japan; or
+(c) Your local laws or any other applicable laws, which may include "fair use"
+    or similar provisions.

+This Dataset is provided in a machine-readable format for the purpose of data
+analysis only; therefore:
+
+(a) It is not permitted to convert or extract material from this Dataset for
+    any purpose other than data analysis, unless such purpose is permitted by

+(b) It is not permitted to convert this Dataset into another format with the

+5. Other Rights

+Ryoko AI Team or other third parties. This License does not grant you

+6. Limitation of Liability

+In no event shall the Ryoko AI Team be liable for any special, direct,
+indirect, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever resulting from
+loss of use, data, or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or
+other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the use or
+performance of this Dataset or this Software.
+
+You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Ryoko AI Team from any third-party
+claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and fees, including reasonable attorney
+fees, arising from your use of this Dataset or this Software, as well as from
+your failure to comply with any portion of this License.
+
+To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any and all rights to file
+suit or bring any legal action, claim, or demand against the Ryoko AI Team or
+any third party for any alleged infringement of copyright, patent, trademark,
+trade secret, or any other intellectual property rights arising from or related
+to this Dataset, unless the basis for such claim would also be considered a
+breach of this License.
+
+7. Disclaimer of Warranty
+
+Both this Dataset and this Software are provided AS IS and the Ryoko AI Team
+disclaims all warranties with regard to this Software, including all implied
+warranties of merchantibility and fitness.
+
+8. Termination
+
+The Ryoko AI Team reserves the right to immediately terminate this License at
+its sole discretion, without notice to you, if:
+
+(a) You have breached this License, and the Ryoko AI Team has made reasonable
+    effort to notify you but has been unable to;
+(b) You have already been notified of a breach of this License and have not
+    corrected it after fourteen days;
+(c) You have breached this License again after being notified of and previously
+    correcting another breach; or
+(d) You have brought any sort of legal action, claim, or demand asserting
+    rights waived in Section 6 (Limitation of Liability).
+
+9. Other Provisions
+
+If any portion of this License is found to be void and unenforceable, the
+remainder of this License shall remain in full effect.
+
+No portion of this License, except sections 6 (Limitation of Liability) and 7
+(Disclaimer of Warranty), shall be construed as limiting or waiving any rights
+or permissions granted under your local laws or any other applicable laws with
+regard to your use of this Dataset or this Software.
+
+Data Copyright Holders who have suffered loss or any other form of harm as a
+result of a breach of this License are entitled to damages and other reasonable
+remedies as third-party beneficiaries.

+The original language of this License is English, and this License shall be
+executed only in the English language. In the event of a conflict between a
+translation of this License and the English terms, the English terms shall
+prevail.

+10. Survival
+
+Sections 5 (Other Rights), 6 (Limitation of Liability), 7 (Disclaimer of
+Warranty), 8 (Termination), 9 (Other Provisions), and this section shall
+survive the termination of this License.
