Is it based on voting diseases out in the American Psychiatric Association (APA)?
They change "mental disorders" depending on political contexts:

Which datasets did you use?
I just have got feeling this model is heavily biased by APA and their so called "works" without facts or evidences, it may be more detrimental than helpful.
