Voiden Beta Release
The latest beta of Voiden, the API client built to treat API work like code, is now available.
This version includes a few fixes and refinements driven directly by feedback we received from users on GitHub, with a strong emphasis on reliability and keyboard-first!
What’s new:
Postman legacy collections
🔹 Fixed issues when generating Voiden files from legacy Postman collections that do not include variables.
Authentication Plugin
🔹 Resolved bugs where Basic Auth and OAuth1 encryption were not working correctly with environment and runtime variables. UI fixes
🔹 The Changelog and Welcome pages are now scrollable.
Keyboard-first improvements
🔹 Added a shortcut to open the drag/context menu (Copy, Cut, Delete, etc.) using Ctrl + .
🔹 Replaced the single “Add block” action with two explicit options:
🔹 Add block above : Cmd + Shift + ↑
🔹 Add block below : Cmd + Shift + ↓
These changes strengthen Voiden’s keyboard-first philosophy and make block-level editing faster and more intentional.
